Grams

Still in the Eid mood - accompanied mum to visit Aunt Rose and Aunt Sofy today. My uncle from KL will visit mum tomorrow. And the extended family is planning a trip to Malaysia next weekend to complete the Eid visiting. Keenly aware of life's frailties, spending quality time with family becomes a necessity. Nonetheless, the mood and spirit of Eid celebration is somehow no longer the same with the passing of grams. We used to gather over the weekends in Ramadhan to break fast with grams. And the first day of Eid was always at grams' where the extended family would gather (close to 50 of us!). We would capture the moments in photographs. Still missing you after all these years, grams.
